All decorated merchandise is a final product and final sale.
We do our best to weed out manufacturer’s defects prior to decorating items for you. Should we miss something, we will replace that item.
Personal items brought to the shop for decoration are welcome, however we do not take responsibility for any damage that may occur during the decoration process. Sometimes machines can be fickle creatures, and things can go wrong…but not often.

Shipping is either First class or Priority Mail for U.S. addresses. We prefer the quick shipping time, tracking updates and insurance options that are included in these methods. We offer flat rate shipping of $5.00 on these items.
ChristianaCare On-Line Store
Only the colors approved by ChristianaCare will be used on your items. They have a strict policy on uniform color that we have agreed to abide by as one of their authorized decorators. Orders typically ship within 10-14 business days from order and payment clearing. Longer lead times may be incurred during seasons of higher volume.
Printed material is non-refundable nor returnable. We print to order. If we make an error, a corrected replacement item will be sent. We do not refund for user error but if you have questions, we are always happy to help.
Approved Returns are only granted for unused items in their original condition with no damage. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will not be given until the items are received and checked for damage. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. We do not accept returns on custom decorated items. If we have made a mistake, we will make good by replacing the item at our cost, not yours.
